Workshop 2: Engaging and calling others «in» using your Inner Powers

One of the important insights we have gained by working with Power is the notion of Outer Powers and Inner Powers. While we often lack awareness about how our Outer Powers are percieved by others, we all do have an experience of our Inner Powers. Reflecting this experience and cultivating our Inner Powers is transformative to our self-devolopment and our effective use of Power.

While we acknowledge the importance of calling each other out, we also want to contribute to a world where we learn how to call each other in. In our experience, personal and collective growth happens in relationship vessels that can hold conflicting viewpoints and realities.
