Workshop 3: You versus You using your Inner Powers

One of the important insights we have gained by working with Power is the notion of Outer Powers and Inner Powers. While we often lack awareness about how our Outer Powers are percieved by others, we all do have an experience of our Inner Powers. Reflecting this experience and cultivating our Inner Powers is transformative to our self-devolopment and our effective use of Power.

Who is in command? If there is one area that sits at the core of it all, it is unchallenged self-negativity that results in a distorted sense of Self. What Inner Powers can you identify and own to feel realistically better about yourself? How can you show up in relationships so that you pick up on feedback that fosters your growth? These are the questions we will ponder in this workshop.
