Evolutionary Organisations

Evolutionary organisations and networks rarely lack purpose or clear principles. The real challenge lies in making these principles truly effective in interpersonal collaboration.

Many things can be clarified through structures. However, with flatter hierarchies and high levels of engagement from everyone involved, what is needed above all is a culture of collaboration characterised by high coherence – and by people who are willing to continuously grow and develop through ongoing feedback and learning loops.

We design and facilitate processes to make this happen. We achieve high coherence through participatory clarification and development processes, as well as through the Grundkraft process. In doing so, areas of tension transform into processes of development and insight – a key capacity for evolutionary organisations that depend on emergence.

To strengthen personal competencies, build conflict resilience and enable functioning feedback loops, we show and facilitate pathways towards greater self-awareness, heightened power awareness and embodied power competence. The competencies developed in our leadership coaching and our power literacy formats flow directly into these organisational processes.

All our methods facilitate what is actually happening and being experienced within and between people. Ultimately, this is what determines whether organic evolution succeeds – and whether creative, vibrant and resilient organisations can emerge and endure.
