Leadership Coaching

Effective leadership is not defined by intention, but by impact. We accompany leaders who take responsibility – for themselves, for others, and for the organizational culture they help to shape. We start out by focusing on positioning: What do I lead for? What inspires me? Which values guide my actions? We make sure to understand the person and their motives before working on how to use the leadership role itself.

At the heart of the coaching process lies the development of inclusive leadership, which creates an environment where diversity and interdisciplinarity are not only invited but also effectively used. Through targeted self-reflection, feedback processes, and the development of personal competencies, leadership behavior can be consciously developed and guided. Effective inclusive leadership leads to engagement – people contribute because they feel seen, needed, and challenged.

Our work is based on the Leaders Empowered manual by Lukas Hohler and on the Diamond Power Index®, an internationally validated assessment instrument. It provides precise insight into how we use power – consciously or unconsciously – and where new opportunities for effective influence can emerge.
